This is a space for learning and reflection on the design of digital products and services, where knowledge is shared in an artisanal and human way. And they do it for real.
My contribution to La Nave is through workshops that I call 'New LeadershipS', where we redefine the concept of Leadership and explore new ways of relating, new value systems, and new work cultures.
With La Nave Nodriza I also contribute to In_Company trainings that they manage for companies such as Accenture or Repsol, among others.
