A new department created in 2022 within the company, unique in the world, which aims to co-create a legacy with love. My contribution to this area arises from the need to create and implement a strategic program for this new and revolutionary area. One of the focuses will be that the strategy will be empirically, transforming the Organization's Culture in the desired direction: People, Life, and Clients at the center of the Business. And for this, a 2-year Program called 'New Cultural Behaviors for People and Business Growth'.
My work will be based on three pillars, all of them designed, created, and implemented by myself, from the listening and work within the Organization.
These three pillars to develop during the first 3 years will be:
Identity, Belonging & Principles: Fundamentals
Leadership, Competencies & Strategies
Team development and growth
